Compliance Standards
NuVitaUSA maintains documentation-first, research-use-only, no-medical-claim standards across the website, product catalog, practitioner portal, and customer support workflow.
Last updated: July 24, 2026
1. Research-Use-Only Standard
Product and portal materials are written for professional reference review and research documentation. Any customer-facing, patient-facing, clinical, compounding, or advertising use must be independently reviewed by qualified professionals and legal counsel.
2. FDA and FTC Claim Controls
NuVitaUSA avoids claims that products diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent disease. Marketing and support language must remain factual, documented, non-misleading, and free of unapproved health claims.
3. COA and Batch Documentation
Certificates of Analysis and batch documents are provided for identity, purity, and documentation review where available. COAs are not medical instructions, proof of FDA approval, or authorization for unlawful use.
4. Portal Resources
Practitioner portal resources are informational templates. They do not replace independent clinical judgment, legal review, pharmacy review, state-board requirements, institutional policy, or patient-specific professional obligations.
5. Restricted Support Boundaries
NuVitaUSA support may assist with account access, product availability, orders, payment, shipping, and documentation. Support may not provide medical advice, dosing advice, administration guidance, mixing directions, patient-specific recommendations, or claims about therapeutic outcomes.
6. Account Enforcement
NuVitaUSA may restrict or terminate accounts that misuse products, request prohibited advice, make unapproved claims, submit false information, violate payment terms, or create compliance risk.
