Wholesale Account Agreement

Wholesale access is conditional, confidential, and limited to approved professional accounts that agree to NuVitaUSA research-use-only and compliance standards.

1. Verification Required

Wholesale pricing, checkout, portal materials, COAs, and account tools are available only after NuVitaUSA reviews and approves the account. Approval is discretionary and may require business information, professional credentials, license details, resale information, or additional documentation.

2. Confidential Pricing

Wholesale pricing, account-specific discounts, availability, invoices, and portal resources are confidential. Customers may not publish, forward, screenshot, resell, scrape, or disclose wholesale pricing or restricted materials without written authorization.

3. Professional Responsibility

Approved accounts are responsible for ensuring that ordering, possession, storage, use, resale, advertising, and disposal comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and professional rules.

4. No Medical Claims

Wholesale customers may not use NuVitaUSA products, images, COAs, descriptions, or resources to make disease, treatment, dosing, human-use, veterinary-use, cure, prevention, or FDA-approval claims.

5. Payment and Shipping

Orders may require approved payment methods, cleared payment, verified shipping details, and compliance review before fulfillment. Shipping terms, carrier services, and fees may change without notice.

6. Final Sale

All wholesale orders are final. NuVitaUSA does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations after processing, or refund requests except where required by law or where NuVitaUSA determines that a documented internal fulfillment error occurred.

7. Suspension or Termination

NuVitaUSA may suspend, restrict, or terminate wholesale access for inaccurate information, suspected misuse, payment disputes, compliance concerns, prohibited claims, abusive conduct, or any activity that creates legal, regulatory, financial, or reputational risk.
